Sometimes, your Coach or Admin Account may get logged out of the Provider Dashboard. This can and will happen at least once a day because our system only retains Account Logins for a maximum of 24 hours to help maintain security at a very high level.
Because of this factor, we strongly suggest Logging In at the Start of the Day and Logging Out at the End of the Day to ensure that your Provider Account will stay fully logged in through your Clinic's Day this way you can work with Patients without any disruption.
