Patients can now have goals set to provide visual indicators when reviewing the Patient Chart Measurement table.
Creating a goal
- Navigate to the Patient Chart in Monitoring Mode
- Scroll to "Latest Measurements" Card
Click "Manage Goals" in upper-right corner of the card
- Entering Goal Values
Below are example goals based on the available measurements in the table. There are three ways to set a goal based on a BELOW, ABOVE, or TARGET RANGE. Examples are numbered in succession:- For Weight, we've only set an ABOVE value of 200lbs. This means that the measurement will show in range if the patient measures below 200lbs.
- When filling out the goal value, there is a range limit written under the measurement name. When you go below, an error will read "The value is too low."
- When you go above, an error will read "The value is too high."
- For Heart Rate, we've set the goal to be between 55 and 85 BPM. If the patient submits a reading outside of 55 and 85 BPM then it will indicate they are out of goal.
- For Blood Oxygen, we've only set a BELOW value of 95%. This means that the measurements will show in range if the patient measure above 95%.
- For Glucose, we've left it blank since we do not need a goal for it. In the case that not all measurements are being used by the patient.
- For INR, we've set the goal to be between 2 and 3. If the patient submits a reading outside of 2 and 3 then it will indicate they are out of goal.
