If your clinic would like to track measurements that are not currently available on the app, please make a custom measurement request by downloading this form and sending a completed copy to tech@coachccare.com.
Here's what you will need to gather:
- The data point type name.
Example: 'LDL' - The description for the type.
Example: 'Low-density lipoprotein level' - Unit (if applicable).
Example: 'ml/dl', or 'µmol/L', or '%'. We also want "universal" units so that we can apply them across the board. - Value bounds.
For example, for body fat % we have the bounds of 1 - 100%. For weight, we have a bound of 1 - 750,000g (0.01 - 750 kg, or ~0.002 - 1653 lbs). This will prevent invalid values to be entered. - Precision.
How many decimal places we need to track. If it's 0, then we're only tracking full values (e.g. 42), if it's 1, then we're tracking one decimal place (e.g. 42.2). Some measurements are small by nature (for example, 0.162 in a given unit), which means we have to track at least 3 decimal places, if not 4.
*Please have in mind that we will review the measurement requests and we might not add specific types if they are not relevant enough to be included in the platform for various reasons.
You can direct any questions regarding this process to contact tech@coachccare.com.
