Remote Patient Monitoring Update to CPT Code 99453 (Released Monday, September 27, 2021)

Beginning Monday, September 27, 2021, the date shown for CPT Code 99453 in the Superbill has been modified.  Now, code 99453 will be the date of service as 16 days after activation in a 30 day period.  This change follows the billing requirements of the code: 16 days of data and/or alerts in a 30 day period.
