It's easy to keep track of your exercises with our app!
Here's how you can log exercises:
1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap on Exercise.
3. Select "+ Add exercise".
4. Select the activity type and adjust the Date, Time, Duration and Intensity Level accordingly then tap Save Exercise.
5. If you need to readjust the entered exercise, you can tap on it to make the necessary changes.
