If the STRIVE Tracker is ever giving some trouble and appears connected then we recommend resetting it.
Here's how:
1. Start by opening the App and logging in.
2. Tap on the Devices button under STEPS, then select Activity Tracker.
3. After the tracker syncing starts, tap on Don't save and Remove.
