If the Tracker is ever giving some trouble and appears connected then we would strongly recommend Resetting the Connection to the Tracker.
Start by opening the App.
Next, tap on the Sync Tracker button under Steps to the upper right.
When the Devices window appears, tap on Sync Tracker at the top.
After the tracker syncing starts, tap on Cancel and Remove.
